Many people supplement their vitamin B12, but there’s a catch: The common form of vitamin B12 is Cyanocobalamin (passive B12). It is inexpensive, lab-made and contains cyanide to reduce its cost to 1% of the cost of better forms of B12. my preferred b12 supplement
I have tried several b12 supplements and this is my favourite. Love that it is liquid and has a dropper. I find I have more balanced moods and overall well being when I take this regularly and recent tests have shown that my levels are where they need to be.

Sour, unpleasant, there are better options
Tastes unpleasant, especially compared to the previous kind I have been using. Saw it on sale, so thought I woukd try. Sour and bittet, usable if taken with food, and will be okay untill its replacement (previous brand) arrives. Would not buy again.
