Oil is great. Flavorless, so adds nicely to all shakes and dishes. I mostly add it to the pre-workout and BCAAs. I'm getting oils that I need without interfering with flavor.
Also new bottle is better. The screw on cap doesn't drip as it did with the press in one on the old bottle.
