These offer immediate and constant pain relief from cankers. They are kind of a different product though that swells up quite large and sticky. The first canker I used it on kind of caused my mouth to glue shut. The surprise of that is what keeps me from giving it 5 stars. You really don't want to leave the house with this thing. Make sure you don't apply backwards. Shouldn't stick to finger. The 2nd time I used it overnight on a canker that was just starting to form, and some of the patch was still there in the morning and it cleared up the canker enough that it wasn't painful. If you only get the odd canker, this product may not be for you, but when I get them, they are stress outbreaks for weeks, and this product has been a miracle. Other products that form a barrier come off very quickly and I have found them excruciatingly painful to apply. This had no feeling, other than a bit of mint, and overnight it's not bothersome at all.

Best product ever used including prescribed meds, but dont think 1 patch will cure your sore in 1 day or be enough to treat it. Its rare that my sores last less than 3 weeks. I got 1 last Tues & before bed I put on the 1st patch. I put on 2 more on Wed & on Thurs. Would have put 1 more on but I ran out. My sore as of Fri night was still there but was past the painful stage, I could eat & drink pain free. I did not have problems with them not sticking. They lasted about 8 hours before dissolving, even had remnants of 1 patch still stuck in my mouth 24 hrs later. Depending on the location of the sore these can be difficult to apply and & can be annoying because they are kind of thick at first & when eating can get in the way. Once the patch is in place the sore is pain free even if you hit the patch it doesnt hurt. IMO these things are expensive at more than $2 each but are worth every penny. If you can make a canker sore last days instead of weeks, can you really put a price on that?

Why bother! It sticks to your finger, leaves a big glob in your mouth! It is more than difficult to apply. There are other products on the market that do the same thing without the hassle and the mess. I have been trying to use this product for two days but if you can't even get it to stay in place what is the point?

This product is not the answer you are looking for. It hurts to "apply" because you have to hold the tablet directly on the sore for a long time, and then it becomes a big squishy blob that hinders lip movement (ie: glues lip to teeth), and leaves white residue in your teeth - gross. Wouldn't recommend this.
