I bring this everywhere
I have little kids, I bring a first aid kit everywhere. I always keep a cold pack just in case I need to ice any injuries. I just had to use this cold pack for the first time today. I was worried after several years being jostled in my backpack, that the cold pack wouldn't work, but it worked perfectly.

Excellent to keep in the car or emergency kit
I admit I did think I was purchasing the reusable kind of ice pack that would live in my freezer for the frequent bumps and bruises of three kids, but I didn't pay close enough attention. However, these are great ice packs so they still get 5 stars.
These are the kind that I keep in my trunk and in our emergency kit. And yes, they work! Last summer my 8yo had his thumb smashed under driftwood while at a remote beach and although he ended up losing the thumbnail a few days later, having an instant ice pack available was very helpful to manage the pain and swelling.

Fantastic product. Love the ability to keep on hand & use as needed. Works great in my husband's Captain America costume (he wears a heavy motorcycle jacket). He keeps these in the inside pockets & it makes him cool when we're indoors.

These Rapid Relief Cold Packs have came in handy in the past. Great to take to the soccer field or other sporting events. I also got a couple extras for the first aid kit to bring on our camping trip.

Not very good
It wasn’t what I thought it was. I thought it was a reusable cold gel pack, it’s not. It is a single use cold pack that doesn’t stay cold for long. Even if that is what you want, I don’t recommend these since they don’t stay cold for long.

These are SINGLE USE only cold packs!
They are not the same product as the Rapid Relief Gel packs which are reusable for both hot and cold applications.
