Recommended Dosage: (Adult Women) Take one capsule per day. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours before or after. No refrigeration required. Store in a cool, dry place.

Good but....
I have been switching up my probiotics and this one seems to be good. The only problem is I have to take quite a few of them in order for me to meet my daily requirement (I take a lot of medications and therefore it was recommended I take probiotics). I wish this sold in bigger bottle with more pills or at least have more than 25 billion count.

Have to take alot to see results
It's OK..... I have tried alot of probiotics so that is saying something. However I do find that I have to take alot of them all at once which is not cost effective. Probiotics is truly one of those things where you need to do trial and error and it's different for everyone so keep trying different ones if you can.

Do not recommend.
Renew life worked great the first time I tried it but since they have changed to “shelf stable” they don’t work at all. Will not be purchasing again!
