Serving Size: 1 Servings Per Container: 75 

Recommended Dosage: Adults take 1-2 capsules twice daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use.
