A direct to skin, multi-functional and reusable pack designed to fit most joints such as wrists, elbows, knees, ankles and shoulders. Built-in strap holds compress in place, adds compression and is flexible when frozen. Helps with sore, achy muscles, and pain and swelling associated with strenuous activity.

If compress has been in the freezer, let thaw to room temperature and follow recommended heating times · Watch the compress while heating. If it expands, stop microwave immediately and allow compress to cool and re-form before using · Cold and heat affect individuals differently; always let your personal comfort level be your guide · As freezer temperatures vary, always test temperature for comfort level prior to use · Discontinue use of compress IMMEDIATELY if it becomes uncomfortably hot or cold · Individuals with circulatory or diabetic issues should consult a physician before use · Do not sit or lean on compress · External use only · Unattended use of compress by children, elderly or incapacitated persons is dangerous; monitor for insensitivities to product temperature and do not leave unattended · Harmful effects are not expected with normal usage · Do not apply to open wounds · Compress is non-toxic · If contents are swallowed, drink several glasses of water and contact a physician or Poison Control Centre immediately · If contents are exposed to skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly and consult a physician · Do not apply excessive weight to compress as it may burst or leak · Carefully check compress for signs of rupture or leakage · Do not use if leakage and rupture has occurred · DO NOT USE compress with topical analgesic products (sports creams, ointments or lotions) · If condition persists, consult a physician.
