Your neck has specific needs that a typical facial cream can't address. Retinol Neck Cream was developed for the delicate neck area, where skin is thinner, contains fewer natural lipids and is prone to dryness, crepey texture and visible lines. Precision-formulated with 0.1% retinol, niacinamide, peptides and hyaluronic acid, this targeted treatment visibly improves the look of texture and fine lines, while remaining gentle for the sensitive neck area.
Directions: 1. In the evening, cleanse and apply any serums you normally use. 2. Allow your skin to dry completely. This helps reduce the chance of irritation. 3. Apply a pea-sized amount over your neck and chest using upward strokes. 4. Wait for 10 minutes for the retinol to fully absorb into your skin, then apply a thin layer of moisturizer.
Do not use with other retinoid products. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen of at least SPF 30 every morning.
Do not use AHA/BHA peels on the same day you apply retinol.
Use within 12 months of opening.
New to Retinol? Start Slowly.
Week 1:
Apply retinol for 1 hour before bed. Rinse off with a gentle cleanser, then continue with your usual serums and moisturizer.
Week 2:
Apply for 2 hours before bed. Rinse off, then complete your routine.
Week 3:
Apply for 3 hours before bed. Rinse off, then complete your routine.
Week 4+:
Apply your usual serums, then retinol before bed. Finish with moisturizer and leave on overnight.
If any irritation develops, cut your current wear time in half and maintain that schedule for one full week before increasing again.
For example, if you experience irritation during week 2, reduce the application time to 1 hour daily for a full week. If your skin feels comfortable, return to 2 hours the following week. Continue gradually increasing until you can leave the retinol on overnight.
