Gel-patch technology designed to soothe your pain. Salonpas pain relieving gel-patch hot contains two powerful pain fighting ingredients. Menthol starts to cool on contact, while capsaicin (derived from chili peppers), creates a warming sensation. Dual action gel-patch now with improved adhesion. The rounded corners prevent peeling and the split film in the center allows for easy application
Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Clean and dry affected area. Remove film from patch and apply to the skin. Apply to affected area not more than 3 times daily. Application should be supervised by an adult. Do not use more than 3 patches a day. Remove patch from the skin after at most 8-hour application.

Medicinal Ingredients: menthol 1.25% w/w, capsicum extract (capsicum annuum - fruit 0.025% w/w as capsaicin
