Helped with hot flashes
I have had hot flashes for several years but this summer they became out of control, especially at night. I would wake up 5 or 6 times nightly with heat, sweat, internal "quaking", and even pain, all followed by cold flashes. The lack of sleep, discomfort, and constant disruption of daily activities made me feel as if I were going insane. In desperation I purchased a bottle of MenoEase from my local drug store. Within a few days of taking it twice a day (morning and evening) there was not only a reduction in the number and intensity of the flashes, but also a feeling of greater calm throughout the day. As promised on the label, there is relief within a week. To be clear, I still have hot flashes every day but whereas before they were constant and horrible, now they are for the most part mild and concentrated in the early evening and early morning (just before I take my next dose). In general, I am not sure whether it is simply the fact that I am getting a bit more sleep or if there is something in this combo of ingredients that is helping me, but I would say that I feel more "like myself", which is a relief. I am also taking about 2 level tablespoons of ground flax seed a day. If I miss either the MenoEase dose or the flax seed my symptoms start to return within 12 hours. So I do recommend this product but must take one star off for the very expensive price. One bottle lasts only one month.

Really Works!
My newest must have supplement! I was skeptical ordering this but after just a week of taking my hot flashes have virtually disappeared and the night sweats are gone! Alleluia! Sleeping much better too. Thank you SiSu MenoEase.

Finally .... relief !!!
I was looking for a product that was made with more natural ingredients that would help with brain fog, hot flashes, night sweats....you name a symptom of menopause and I had it! This product works GREAT & I HIGHLY recommend !
