Menosmart+ helps to relieve or reduce symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes and night sweats and irritability. Menosmart+ is formulated specifically for women who are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms associated with menopause. The ingredients in Menosmart+ work to support hormones and reduce symptoms of hot flashes and night sweats. Menosmart+ can be effectively used for the duration of symptoms which may vary from 12 months to several years. Hot flashes were gone within a week!
I started taking these as prescribed on the bottle and within a week my hot flashes were gone...literally!!! I have been suffering for years with peri menopause and now menopause, and this is helping me get my sleep back to normal and helping with my mental focus as well. I will definitely be reordering more!!!

Worked well for me!
I started using this on the suggestion of my ND when I was getting hot flashes. I noticed a difference in about 2 weeks - now I get occasional warm flashes through the day and can sleep through the night! I’ve reduced my dosage because I was finding that while it was helping with the heat, when I was between flashes I was feeling really cold.

Hi I’ve been taking memo smart for about 3 weeks seems to be helping with hot flashes and night sweats. But for the last 3 days I have been having a lot of cramping and gas . Should I stop taking this product or will this subside

It does work.
I have been using this product for about 6 months now. My hot flashes are greatly reduced and they are not severe. I was using a similar product for a while, that only contained the black cohosh, and it worked the same for the first while, but I find that after your body gets used to a product the symptoms start to appear again and you need to change it up. The Menosmart is working very well so far.

Sleep better now
In menopause would experience hot sweaty nights , sleeplessness couldn't sleep, started taking this and took a few weeks but my nights are much better now, no hot sweats!
