Magnesium Oil is for use at the end of the day to promote a sense of relaxation and wellbeing through massage. Apply before bedtime to the neck and shoulder area, lower back, legs or even the bottoms of your feet.

I do not like this product as much as other magnesium products I have used as I find it makes my skin sting. The stinging goes away after 10-15 minutes and is tolerable but I will not be purchasing this product again.
