Great product
I like taking things as tonics because I find they tend to work faster and the body absorbs it better. It is different for everyone but I would say within 2 weeks I was noticing my nervous system calming. St Francis products also seem to be very high quality and it’s made in Ontario!! I love all the products of theirs I try.
