I have tried almost every kind of blackhead removing facewash... name the brand, and I've tried it. This one is by far my favourite. It smells nice, my skin feels clean and smooth after, and the beads are big enough to really feel. I am only giving it 4 stars because of some of the ingredients.

Great product, works as advertised and smells lovely! It also rinses clean. I buy extra tubes of this so I can do an all-over body scrub while I shower. I tried another brand of scrub (Burt's Bees Peach and Willow Bark), but I tend to come back for the St. Ives one - it smells nicer, and does not leave oily residue. I'm giving the St. Ives scrub 4 out of 5 stars because there are some ingredients I would prefer not to find in this product.

I have sensitive skin. I only use this when I come out from the shower, because of all the dead skin that will be on my face after taking a steamy bath. I find it is like a good exfoliater plus blackhead/whitehead controller. Plus with the mild Salicylic Acid, it is good for maintaining the acne's/clogged pores. I say it is good, but it should not be used as a daily cleaner but rather in a week once or twice to help him the pores clean. I only say that, it is because of the tiny beads are quite harsh for the skin.

I haven't been using this for very long but it's definitely working. I bought it solely because I had run out of facial cleanser and was starting to have breakouts due to the summer heat. This really helped get my breakouts under control and clear up my skin, leaving it soft and refreshed after use.

Good value for the price. I've used some that I find I like a little better but this one is a good buy. I could see it being harsh for some people. While I like how much it scrubs your skin there could be more consistency in the exfoliate though. Smell is good but I thought it would be better.

leaves my skin feeling non-oily and does a good job of warding off acne. I use this every day and have found it works much better than other scrubs (eg. neutrogena). The microbeads almost feel like sand and do a good job of scrubbing, although this may be a little harsh for some people with sensitive skin
