Don't buy the "new" version!
I have used St.Ives products for over 18 years. This was the only lotion that I trusted with my children's sensitive skin issues. We always had at least 4 bottles on the go within our home at any given time. I was surprised when I went to restock and saw "new" on the bottle only to find out that you have changed the product itself. This "new" product is watery, does not moisturize and is a big disappointment! Unfortunately you have lost what was good with this lotion. I am going to have to sparingly use the old product until I can find something that would be comparable to what the product used to be. Saddened by your revamping!

Hate the new formula!
Just like so many others, I am super-disappointed with the change to the product. This was THE lotion I used, to the point that I would bring travel-sized bottles to work and carry one in my purse. I just bought a new bottle, and whatever you all did RUINED this. It is no longer as creamy as it was, and it doesn't feel like it gets into my skin so much as sits on top of it. The scent is also different and much more unpleasant. I loved the old scent because it was subtle and clean. This looks, feels, and smells like a cheap knock-off of what was once a fantastic product. Unless you all change it back, you've lost a customer for life.

My skin feels fantaatic!
I was very lucky to receive this amazing St. Ives lotion as a sample from Glam Sense. This winter has been kicking my butt and my dry skin has made me extremely itchy.
I went through 4 or 5 different brands and I'm so thankful that I was chosen for this sample because I was on my last nerve.
It's not greasy, smells amazing and soaks into your skin within seconds. I've used it for a week now and my skin hasn't felt this smooth and silky in years!
I have extremely sensitive skin and St. Ives - Oatmeal & Shea Butter Soothing Body Lotion hasn't reacted poorly to my skin so I'm going to keep using this and once I run out of it, but more!

Not impressed....
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Saying that the product is 100% naturally sourced ingredients isn't the same as it being truly natural and beneficial for our skin. The ingredients that should be the star of the show, shea butter and oat, are almost at the end of the list along with colourants. 'Perfum' could also contain anything. What really moisturizes our skin is the silicone, glycerin, fillers and cheap soybean oil. I like that it's an affordable option, and I understand that if it really was high quality they couldn't sell it at such low prices, but this is not a natural product and should stop trying to come off as one.

Use to Love it, why the change??
I have been using St. Ives oatmeal & shea butter lotion for many many years. It is in fact the only lotion I ever use, and I love it. I have it on my desk, in my living room, on my nightstand, on my vanity. I have bottles everywhere. I needed a new bottle for my living room, so I went and picked one up. It says "new", and it sure is. It's terrible. It seems less creamy and definitely does not moisturize like it used to. I am very disappointed in this change, not sure how it could even happen. Such an amazing product is now awful. Please change it back!!

"New" version is horrible!
For years this has been my lotion of choice, I have many bottles going at once. Then I bought a bottle and it has "new" on it, plus the name says nourishe & soothe now instead of naturally soothing. It is terrible! Not thick and creamy anymore, more watered down and not moisturizing at all. I have now purchased many other lotions looking for a comparison to the old version with no luck yet but have to keep trying. Please please bring back the old version!! If you read reviews there are lots of people begging for the old lotion to come back!!

Blown away, feels like high-end!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am so happy to have tried this St. Ives oatmeal lotion thanks to Glam Sense. I didn’t know what to expect since it’s been so long since I’ve used their lotion. Let me just say that I’m impressed. This stuff is good! Lightweight, soothing, easy to use and has a delicious fragrance (that isn’t too linger-y). In such a large bottle this cream is well worth a try. I’m all about oatmeal-based products so this one came with me on a recent ski trip.

"New" formula sucks!
My husband and I have been using this lotion for a long time. It was the only one that soothed our dry itchy skin. When I bought the new formula bottle I didn't use it right away so when I did it was runny compared to normal creamy consistency. I thought maybe from sitting in our bathroom it broke it down or it was a bad batch. I went and bought another one and to my dismay it was the same way! You just lost a long time customer! "New" isn't always better and it def wasn't necessary!
