Leaky water spout (spigot)
The spigot water-spout leaks! Not impressed with the quality and cannot find replacement parts to fix. Makes a big mess on the floor because of the constant drip.

Amazing ice retention even in the hot sun
Used in the hot sun at baseball tournaments -- amazing ice retention. We thought the ice would melt to give us more water, but no, we had to buy and add more water because ice retention was so good. We turned the spout to face inside when travelling but wish there was a clip that you could use to prevent accidental spout use. It wasn't a problem, but it's the only thing we had thought would make it worry-free.

The Website!
I have not bought the Jug, but was checking it our to see if this was appropriate for what I needed and am very confused by the size. "297 x 297 x 343 in." 24 feet x 28 feet, this can not be correct! Who is managing this website, do anyone from Stanley read the sites after they are live! My Review is 0 starts for the information on the website, but every product I have used has been 5 stars.

Perfect for work. really does keep things cold all day.
keeps things cold all day. I love this bag. I was worried that it would show dirt easily because of the light color (rose quartz)but it wipes clean very easily.

Amazing Jug for the Hottest of Days
I purchased this cooler last month for my son's football tournaments. It's been such a hot summer and proper hydration is so important. I LOVE this cooler so much! It keeps the water ice cold and holds on the hottest of days. It is also extremely durable and easy to transport. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect
Bought this water jug for family picnics, and it’s exactly what I’d hoped for. Very easy to clean, fill, and transport. Keeps water cold for a long time. The spout is also very comfortable to use and can be taken apart for cleaning. I love this jug!

Spout leaks
Nice looka and construction. Main reason for getting it was other water jugs were always sweating and making a mess. This one doesn't do that being insulated. However I find it leaks every so slightly out of the lever when pouring out water.
