Good product and I'm very picky
Seems to be working - my nails are definitely getting stronger - they've been really brittle and breaking off a lot. Seem to be getting better - I'm on my 1st bottle of this product. Tried many biotin and collagen supplements - they didn't work at all. The 'secret sauce' in this product - and what makes this work - is the silica. So I'm looking for a straight silica product which will probably work better than this. So look for 'silica' that is where the magic is!

Enjoying so far!
I'm on my second bottle of these bad boys and I do feel like they're making a difference! Hard to say if its the vitamins or everything else I'm doing for my hair lately, but I used to lose like a fistful of hair in the shower, and now my hair feels healthier and I lose hardly any hair at all!

Amazing Product!
I had my doubts when I first bought it, but after the 2nd bottle I started to see results. My hair feels and looks thicker and my nails are not only longer but also stronger. My hairdresser noticed as well as pointed out all my new baby hairs… I definitely recommend this product!

Difference in my nails
I have pretty good hair already, I bought these more for my nails as they were chipping and peeling so much, especially in the dry winter air. Since taking these, I've notice a big difference. My only complaint is - you go through them quite quickly

Great hair vitamin!

I got a bottle of these in a wellness pack and liked them enough. I bought another bottle because I like the ingredients and what it's made without (gelatin, animal collagen) and realized that it's really not worth it. Firstly, I got these because my nails are soft and split often. I never noticed a difference. Secondly, the gummies become very hard quickly no matter how carefully you close the lid. Lastly, I'm not sure if they're worth the price.

I have been using these vitamins for about 6 months…..took a break and was using another and then went back. I noticed a noticeable difference in my nails and my hair. As I have fine hair and am a young senior my hair along with the shampoo and conditioner I also order from Well appears thicker with less hair loss in the shower. I like the taste, the consistency, no sugar and what it contains. I now have four bottles on hand.

Worked for me!
I was putting my hair up in a ponytail this morning and noticed how much thicker it is now. I've always had thin hair and after having a baby 2 years ago, my hair was even thinner. I finished the bottle a few weeks ago, and now I have to keep them up. I find that they don't taste as good as another brand (Nature's Bounty), but SUKU actually works!

Amazing results for shedding hair
I started taking these after a few months of pronounced hair-shedding. A little over two weeks in, the shedding suddenly stopped. It really was that dramatic, from day 15, clumps of hair, to day 16, just the normal amount of hair on my comb. I'm really astonished at how effective they are. (And relieved too!)

Haven't noticed a difference
I have been using this product as directed for 2 weeks, and I haven't noticed any difference. Not worth it, save your money. Also I have tried other gummies, and this hard gummy formula sticks in and around and in between my teeth way more than others, requiring flossing after.

It works!!!
I ordered fist one bottle, and after finishing it - my nails didn’t break- I finally grow a long nails.
I always order when on sale , so I ordered 2 more bottles. I am taking two gummies a day .

Very good taste
These have a very good taste, and they do not break me out despite containing biotin (had a bad experience with gummies containing biotin in the past on my skin) I take them to support hair health. They have a good list of vitamins and minerals.

Dried up and yet were oily. Hard to chew though they were soft at first. Bottle was closed properly. No difference after one whole bottle. Got this in a set with Radiant Skin gummies and the same issue - maybe they bundle the older products?

I love these gummies. I use this in conjunction with rosemary essential oil in my scalp a few days a week (for just a few minutes before shampooing my hair) and I have seen significant growth. I now have a lot of baby hairs coming in.

Reminds me of swedish berries
I'm not a fan of these but if you like gummies then you may like these - note they are sugar-free. It doesn't have enough biotin for me - so I'll be looking for something else.

Not my favourite texture
The taste is very good and I like the ingredients but the texture is too firm for me compared to other “gummy” chewable vitamins. Think of a stale gummy and that’s the texture
