Great taste, decent texture that's very like a jujube, and they don't hurt my sensitive stomach like some other brands of magnesium do. They seem to work as well as my other favourite brands, but the difference is that these are a gummy, not a pill you have to swallow, and some days that's really very nice.

The Only Way I Take My Vitamins
I’ve been using the Mega Magnesium Gummies as part of my nighttime routine, and they’ve honestly been the easiest way I’ve found to stay consistent with taking magnesium.
I’m not someone who loves taking pills, so having something that actually tastes good makes a huge difference. It feels more like a small habit I look forward to rather than something I have to remember to do.
I like that they’re clean, plant-based, and sugar-free — it just feels like a better option overall. I’ve been keeping them by my bedside and taking them as I wind down, and it’s been a really simple way to add something supportive into my routine without overcomplicating it.
Definitely something I’ll keep using.

I got to try these out every day for a few weeks and I enjoy that each gummy tastes sweet, like berries, and its easy to chew. I leave them at my bedside table and take one every night before bed, and it helps with a really nice bedtime routine. I didn't find any immediate or drastic results but I did notice that I felt relaxed and found I had some pretty vivid dreams. Long term wise, I cannot say if it has helped with bones or muscle maintenance but it gives me good peace of mind that I'm supporting my overall health.

Ive been taking these for a week now before bed. It's meant to help promote recovery and rest. The gummy tastes delicious!! I have to remind myself it's not candy. The best part is it's 0g of sugar! Also, it's sweetened with stevia. So no alcohol sugars and it's plant based. As a fit momma who tries to maintain a holistic approach. I really love the considerations suku took into account when making these Mg supplement gummies. Highly highly recommended! Don't forget it's also Canadian, love it!!
