When I first started using this product just over a year ago, I wasn't sure about its consistency. It seemed so sticky at first. However I've really grown to love this product. It works well and doesn't contain a lot of the ingredients I'm trying to avoid these days in my personal care products.

My husband loves this mousse. And I love that it is a natural product. My husband does not usually like those too often. But this one works :)
Only issue in the beginning there were problems with the pump, but I think it was the sugar base of the product, it worked its way out with hot water and persistence.

I didn't like this product and won't keep using it. The scent is really nice and I love what the product values (clean & vegan) but it doesn't nothing for my hair... at all. If I use a little, there's no effect at all and if I use more then it's way too heavy and does even less. So, this is a definite no-go for me.

This mousse looks incredibly natural and soft, and makes my hair look healthy and full of volume, exactly what a mousse is supposed to do. A bonus is that it contains corn starch, which is what disgusting aerosol dry shampoo contains. It keeps my extremely oily hair nice and bouncy all day. This NEVER happens, either with drugstore or salon mousse. Suncoat is the best.
Given all this, however, it took me about 10 times to not feel icky about the texture. In your hand, it feels like a bunch of sticky soap bubbles. In your hair initially, it feels like unrinsed shampoo. But give it a chance! Once it's blow-dried, it feels like your regular hair, just healthier and with a ton more volume. I didn't realize it until I ran out this week, and my hair's suddenly flat and oily, using "regular" mousse.

i use this product for 5 years now. I really like it. i have long, thin, wavy hair. It's perfect for holding waves in a natural way. I use it after i wash my hair when it's still wet and i let it air dry. I don't use too much. I like the smell and the texture. It's not like a regular toxic mousse, but that's exactly what I like about it! And it last a very long time. Worth trying it.

Good hair mousse, considering that no chemicals are used to make it. This is a sugar-based product. Don't believe the people who say it is "sticky"... It is actually very easy to wash off your hands (compared with a chemical mousse). However, don't expect a "mega" hold from this product. You'll just have to use more, compared with the mousse you buy at your local pharmacy. I have been using this Suncoat product for over a year now and find it is a good compromise between performance/long-term health.
