Gastrointestinal distress
If you enjoy the challenge of hunting down the nearest public bathroom while actively attempting to not hear soil yourself, then this is the product for you. Beyond the chalky texture, the iffy taste, and the fact that this protein absorbs liquids better than any industrial sponge, it could easily be a dupe for a colonoscopy prep. I’ve tried mixing it with juice - it’s fine if you chug it - and baking it into my oatmeal - will easily absorb the 946ml carton of nut milk - but no dice. It remains the most effective and unpredictable laxative I’ve ever had the displeasure of ingesting. Stay away from this unless you like cleaning your bathroom hourly.

Tastes disgusting..
Taste is so strong and gross that even adding a small amount to my smoothie, I can taste it no problem. Definitely don't recommend.

Great Product
I really like this product but I do agree that it's quite sweet. It blends well in smoothies & I can easily digest it. I tried the natural unflavoured protein powder from Sunwarrior & its a huge difference in taste because there's no added sweeteners. Overall, I'd recommend if you need a starter protein powder that's plant-derived.
