These capsules are vegan, kosher and organic certified. Help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections in women. Cranberry and D-mannose are both well known to help in the case of urinary tract infections while elderberry are rich in antioxidants and have antimicrobial properties.
Directions:
1 capsule, 1 to 2 times per day.

Per capsule: 10 000 mg of organic cranberries ( extract 37:1, 271 mg) , D-mannose, Organic elderberries, vegan capsule ( pullulane, purified water, carrageenan)

Impressed!!
While this product is said to be a 'preventative' for UTIs, I recently could not see a doctor nor get a prescription to deal with an obvious UTI. I trust SURO because I rely on their Elderberry Syrup for sore throats and colds, so I gave it a try. Cleared everything up within a few days. Will definitely keep this on hand, and carry on with a preventative routine with it, as well
