This cup is beautiful and keeps my drinks warm for hours. BUT...the lid is the absolute worst. The hole for drinking is way too far from the edge so I need a straw to drink from it with the lid on (which defeats the purpose of less waste). Also, the hole cannot be closed/shut. I'm really surprised that a company like s'well wouldnt have figured out a better lid.

Great Cup
Love this cup, its super cute and great quality. But...am super annoyed it dosent come with the lid which I only realized after it arrived. So make sure to order both if you want the lid since it costs extra which is kind of silly

I love this tumbler, it's a great size for iced drinks, I can fit my metal straws into the hole on the lid. I also get so many compliments because it's gorgeous! Wish it wasn't so expensive, but a great product nonetheless.

This a very nice cup for either hot or cold liquids. I wish it was a bit more insulated like the s'well thermoses, but it still works very well for a cup of tea.
