EXCELLENT product - adhesive used could be better
EXCELLENT product - one flaw in that the adhesive used could be better - for instance similar to the Depend' s mens light use product.

REGRETTABLY DOES NOT WORK FOR ME
The adhesive is not very effective. As a result, the product moves, gathers, and leads to unfortunate outcomes. I am very disappointed with the product I purchased. Perhaps there are more stable and effective Tena products with better absorption properties. From my experience, there are competing products that are more dependable.

Not recommended.
They are only good for an hour or so, Suggest you incorporate your "Twist Technology" in a similarly designed pad. When you use 8 or more a day of pads that last two hours a one hour pad does not cut it. Shape is great.

The Tena Absorbant Guard SUPER solved my problems.
The design takes into account that a male penis moves from side to side. The winged shape catches drips instead of drippings down pant legs. Other brands do not offer this feature. The Tena Shield SUPER has enough absorbency for an 88 year olds needs. I am on dueretics for my cardio condition. To prevent genital discomfort I wash the area each time I have to change 2 or 3 times a day. Then apply a jock itch topical ointment to the foreskin and and around the scrotam. Suggest it be done every time. it works!

Use it daily in jockey shorts. I really wish you could develop a product for boxer shorts. This is the best one for moderate leaks, most are too padded and for larger leaks.

I am suffering from an on going post prostatectomy urinary drip . Trial and error of various incontinence pads have led me to Tena Guards. Fit, width, absorption and comfort are all good, but IMHO more work is needed to reduce chances of dermatitis(baby rash)on genitalia. As an active adult "baby rash" can be a reoccurring problem regardless of good hygiene. Perhaps a zinc oxide treatment on the pad surface would be useful.

I buy this product all the time.
The guard works well and fits with most underwear but probably not loose fitting boxers. It is lightweight, not bulky, and has good absorption. Controls odour well. I use one guard per day while I'm up and about. Don't need one overnight. I don't have a lot of bladder leakage. When I'm doing heavy manual work or active exercise bladder leakage increases but the guard manages it completely.

Too big and bulky for minor incontinence
When I first had my prostate operation I used this product for about six months. It was great and worked good. However now that I only have intermittent and minor incontinence I find them too big and bulky. The same general shape but a little smaller and less bulky would suit me fine. I now use feminine pads but they are too long and narrow but work OK.

The only pad I will use.
had prostate cancer 22years ago, and tried other brands, settled on Tena after 1 year or so. I like the comfort and moisture retention. I recommended them at the follow-up clinic, to have the nurses suggest them to others. My son went through prostate cancer in the last year, and when we order the pads we get some for him also.

I would definitely buy this product again.
I use these guards daily. They are very comfortable. I install them in my underwear upside down. This creates wings at the bottom. I then wrap the wings around the front holding them in place with removable two sided tape. This protects against any leakage 150%. This works unbelievably great.

I use this product all the time, however i think you can perfect it by putting a horizontal tape on the upper wide portion. For Me it tends to fold over because it is much wider than the lower section. I believe that would make it ideal.
