Directions: Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on the brush. Place the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gum line. Use gentle circular motions to clean all tooth surfaces: outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. Brush for at least 2 minutes, twice daily. Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use and store it in a dry, clean place. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles are frayed.
