Glycerin Suppositories are a laxative for the relief of occasional constipation.
Dosage/Directions: Remove suppository from aluminum foil and gently insert first the narrowest part of the suppository into the rectum. Allow 15 minutes to 1 hour to produce bowel movement.
Adults and children 6 years and older: 1 suppository per day.
Important: Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine as the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.
Caution: Do not use if foil is torn or open. For rectal use only. Do not use for more than 7 days. Consult a doctor promptly in case of bleeding and if condition persists or worsens. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if rectal discomfort or a burning sensation occurs. Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. Do not use if you have rectal irritation.
Protect from heat. Store between 15oC and 30°C. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
