The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG reduces the appearance of eye contour pigmentation and puffiness. This light-textured formula contains an extremely high 5% concentration of caffeine, supplemented with highly-purified Epigallocatechin Gallatyl Glucoside (EGCG) from green tea leaves. The topical use of each caffeine and EGCG can help to reduce the look of puffiness and of dark circles in the eye contour.

I've been using this stuff for about 6 months.Historically I've had somewhat sensitive skin with unpredictable breakouts and that hasn't been the case since using this stuff.
You really just need a few drops! I use it evenly on my face and neck following a decent exfoliating scrub (SNAP or something sea salt); then just a little extra around the eyes and nose. This has been equally useful this spring (poor sleep not helping anything), but also summer and post-workout (sun/sweat/oil) AND skiing in the winter (cold/wool/wind/sun). No lotion needed unless I'm to be outside enough to need some SPFs. It's been fine under the little makeup I use as long as it's had a few minutes to dry/soak (I just do basic eye makeup and a little concealer; I can't comment on foundation but Almay correcting concealer plays well with this).
I feel clean/like my skin can breathe, without feeling dry, and moisturized but not oily.
I started using it before lockdown. Then I started some other variously successful attempts at exercise, drinking more water, destressing, etc., but it was effective enough before these things that I feel good about continuing to use it. So, if nothing else it's more effective than my previous favourite lotion, and a fraction of the price!
I'm a little curious about shelf life though, 'cause I want to order more so I don't run out but I also don't have a ton of room for a stash and the bottle lasts forever..
