The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 is a hydration support formula with ultra-pure, vegan Hyaluronic Acid. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) can attract up to 1,000 times its weight in water. The molecular size of HA determines its depth of delivery in the skin. This formulation combines low-, medium- and high-molecular weight HA, as well as a next-generation HA crosspolymer at a combined concentration of 2% for multi-depth hydration in an oil-free formula. This system is supported with the addition of Vitamin B5 which also enhances surface hydration.

I really like how this product goes on, it soaks in fairly quickly and leaves a light moisture barrier that makes skin subtly bouncy. If you need heavy moisture then you'll need to layer.
but alas, IT PILLS HORRIBLY. Under other skin products, under makeup especially, and even on its own with any friction (like with a pillow) will leave me with little white bits stuck in my hairline and brows. What good is a light product that can't play well with others!? I'll keep using it as a final layer on nights when i need the moisture more than i care how gross i look upon waking but i will not repurchase.

I started using this in addition to a couple other moisture assisting products from this line and it definitely made a huge improvement in the dryness of my skin. I like that it's not greasy so I can use it in the morning and evening, where the plant squalane I can only use at night as it is too oily for morning

Not a fan. Having read the reviews for this product, I was extremely optimistic about its potential. After using the product for a few days, I started to get breakouts like crazy. I very rarely get pimples, so this was a change for me. The description doesn't say whether or not this is an expectation for the first while that you use the product, but I don't intend to continue using it in order to find out! I wouldn't recommend this product. I haven't tried any other HA products though, so take my review with a grain of salt, I guess.
