Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to tolerate but old brand was better Great vitamin. But does not have enough iron. It used to be 3x/day dosing but they changed amounts of vitamins and now have twice daily dosing. I prefer the old mix. When I contacts the company they said in US it’s 3 per day but In Canada twice daily. Did not love the variation, so I followed label to be safe but I had to supplement with extra iron in the end as iron was low on bloodwork.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite prenatals I used Materna prenatals for the longest time and switched to these. They are great, I feel that they digest better since they are in powder form in a capsule vs a tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy on the stomach I was gladly surprised with Thorne, they do not upset my stomach -even when coping with first trimester nausea, I found that these vitamins at least didn't make it worse (2 different brands I tried definitely increased nausea and heartburn). They have enough nutrients and they don't smell that strongly. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did a bit of research before picking a prenatal, I was using a different brand initially but they upset my stomach and I had to take it 3x a day, so I'd often forget to take all 3 so I switched to Thorne. Thorne prenatals are easy my stomach, only need to take 2x a day, and most importantly I went with these because they have L-5MTHF (a more bioavailable form of folate) versus folic acid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad smell I used to get these three years ago and really loved them. I think they have since changed the formula and they have a terrible smell and taste. I was gagging even when I was taking them not pregnant.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad taste I purchased these because I liked the ingredients and feel they are a higher quality prenatal. However for a pregnant lady with nausea and food aversions, they have a very metallic taste to them before they are swallowed. I also have to shake it off. Unfortunately for this reason I will not be purchasing again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smell makes pills hard to swallow After all the good reviews I had read I purchased this product but the smell of the vitamins make me gag and I almost always throw up afterwards because they seem to make me nauseous...
