It is essential to maintain healthy vitamin D levels throughout all stages of life – from fetal development to old age. Vitamin D helps protect a number of important functions in the body. Because the amount of vitamin D needed to achieve minimum vitamin D sufficiency (commonly defined as a 32-ng/mL 25(OH)D blood level) or higher depends on many factors and can vary significantly from individual to individual, we offer one encapsulated vitamin D3 formula and two liquids.
(Adults & Adolescents 14 years and over): Take 1-2 drops daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. (Children & Adolescents 0-13 years): Take 1-2 drops daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.

The Best Vitamin D
I live in Canada, and my Vitamin D blood work numbers are always pretty low. I have taken Vitamin D for overall health reasons for many years, but none worked like Thorne has. My Naturopath suggested this brand. I have always had weak finger nails. They don't grow well, they layer or break, so I've always kept them short. My nails are stronger and look amazing, and my numbers are finally at a good level. I'm hoping this Vit. D is workings as well on my bones and all the other areas that Vit. D is touted to help. I highly recommend Thorne products.

Daily supplement for the whole family
We've been taking these drops for a few years and it's been great for the whole family. Part of our daily routine especially through the cold/flu season. They have a neutral, mild taste that our kiddo doesn't mind at all!

Convenient and no after taste
Convenient bottle (easy to add exact number of drops), no taste so it can be easily added to food, easy storage (you can leave it in cupboard, no need to be refrigerated)
