Trophic’s Boron is beneficial for the maintenance of good bone health. Boron appears to be important for optimal bone health because of its favourable effects on and interactions with the key players involved, including calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D and estrogen. In individuals with osteoarthritis, evidence indicates that these people have lower levels of boron in bones than people without this disorder.
