Rated 5 out of 5 by from No mess or waste! I was really sceptical when I bought these, but I’ve use them a fair amount now, probably close to 20 loads of laundry, and my clothes are clean in both smell and appearance. even when I wash dog bedding and towels they come out smelling clean. I have a front loading washing machine, and one of those little drawers that you put normal detergent in. You make sure you put the strip in that little drawer and it works just fine. There are really clear instructions on the package so you know exactly what to use. The website is helpful if anything is unclear. I also am really pleased, because I have really sensitive skin, and these do not have a scent and do not irritate my skin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wanted so badly to like it!! The problem with this product is that while it is an awesome idea and fits my eco-friendly values, it did not wash my clothes well at all (our workout clothes and even some of our regular clothes still smelled). It also left a white residue on the darker clothes and we had to re-wash most of them in a separate load with liquid detergent, which in the end, is not so eco-friendly. I wouldn't repurchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I thought! I'm very happy with this product. I was a bit worried as some natural detergent don't wash as well). I have a front load washer. I ripped the sheet into tiny bits in the soap drawer. I personally like to use 1 and a half sheet for one regular load. The arm pits of my shirts smell very clean and I did not notice any residue (I wear a lot of navy). Definitely has no soap smell. And I'm also pleased to no longer have to carry heavy plastic bottles of liquid detergent. Much more eco-friendly and on my way to a plastic-free life!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed.... Bought 6 of these. 3 were for a gift for an elderly relative who can’t get out much because of pandemic. They are fine if you are washing lights, but washing darks not so good. Leaves a white reside like paint stains and has to be rewashed again with liquid detergent. And......they are a bit pricey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and effective! These strips are very easy to use, much less hassle than pouring out liquid detergent. They don't leave much of a scent on clothes but this is often the case for eco-friendly detergents. Unlike other "green" detergents I've seen that still use perfumes and dyes, I trust that this one is actually doing some good for the planet - even if I must sacrifice nice smelling laundry. I use in combination with Method dryer sheets which leave a subtle scent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't work very well I wanted to love this, but I'm quite disappointed. After washing and drying my clothes, I can see deodorant still on t-shirts, and oil spots still on dish-rags. Washing with water alone might be just as effective, and even more eco-friendly. I will keep trying to use this, maybe with hot-water, or two strips instead of one. I like the eco-friendly concept, but it has to WORK.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Prefer clean clothes and way too expensive The strips are a great idea, and I prefer to support Canadian business. When finances are the bottom line, they are way too expensive. Eco-friendly laundry soap for 50 - 72 load bottles costs way less than these laundry strips' price. The bottom line is cost. Compared to bottle laundry soap (whose bottles are recyclable, not sure why it is believed these bottles are going into landfill sites), these strips are not economical financially and whoever is the cheapest is what consumers will continue to purchase. Since using them, they do not wash dirt out of clothes, and fragrance-free has a strong fragrance. I have allergies and cannot have a fragrance of any kind strength in laundry soap. If this is supposed to be fragrance-free, there should be no fragrance at all, very misleading. These companies should test these products better before putting them on the market for purchase.
