Dosage: Adults and Children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 4 – 6 hours. If pain does not respond to 1 tablet, take 2 tablets at next dose. Do not take more than 8 tablets per day.
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. Avoid other caffeine containing products. Too much caffeine may cause rapid heart rate, nervousness or sleeplessness. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or overactive bladder syndrome. Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Use the smallest effective dose. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose. Overdose may result in severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not take if allergic to acetaminophen. Consult a doctor if: Your symptoms last for more than 5 days; You develop allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash or itching. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: Are pregnant or breastfeeding; Have chronic alcoholism; Have a serious liver or kidney disease; Use any other medications including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates or other pain and fever relief medications. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you do not notice any possible signs or symptoms such as increased sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Bye bye head pain!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Im grateful to be chosen to test @Tylenol Ultra Relief extra strength tablets. I frequently suffer from headaches and migraines. After popping one of these tablets, I noticed considerable relief of my symptoms within 20 minutes. My headache pain was almost completely annihilated! Hallelujah. These tabs are easy to swallow and I did not have any adverse side-effects (easy on the tummy). I will absolutely keep using this product to alleviate my head pain.

Quick and Effective
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was given the opportunity to trial Extra Tylenol Ultra Relief. I often get headaches (I'm guessing from sitting in front of monitors all day long) and aches and pains from working out, so this couldn't come at a better time. The eZ Tabs are easy to swallow and have a sweet coating on them. This medication proved to stand up to the test and provided me with the relief that I desired. I was pleased that they only took about 10 minutes or so to kick in and lasted me a good 6 hours before I was required to take any more. I used to only buy store brand acetaminophen, however after trying this, I think I understand why doctors and my friends all rave about Tylenol. Relieve your suffering

I find stresses of life have been triggering more headaches and migraines lately so I was really excited to try this product. Having 1000 and 1 things on my to do list and having an headache isn't what I needed. I was glad to have this product handy. After taking one I felt like in minutes my pain with relieved and I could go on about my task. It's nice it has a sweet coating so it was easy to swallow.

Quick Relief

I was very pleased at how this product worked so quickly at providing relief from my headache. I work in a fast paced environment and having to do a lot of bending and kneeling in my job and having a headache does not make for a pleasant day. My headache was gone by the time I got to work about 45 minutes after taking the Tylenol.

Tough On Headaches
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As a mom of young children I find I get headaches more often than before. Mostly from the lack of sleep. I was happy to receive this product for free to test out and give my honest opinion in return. I have to say that whenever I got a headache, I took one pill. My headache was gone within half an hour. I did not need to retake another pill. My headache was gone all day. I would definitely recommend this product. Works fast and keeps working all day.

Free Sample from Sample Source

I have now been using this product for a month and it works amazing. I take two tablets and within 20 minutes my headache is either subsided or completely gone. I just purchased this product on my last shopping trip so I have it in my medicine cabinet.

Headache gone

As a full time working mother of twins I am a frequent sufferer of intense headaches. One of these and within 30 minutes my headache was gone and not to return for many hours. This suits my busy life and I would highly recommend this product to any of the moms in my moms group or anyone asking for a recommendation.

Effective on Migraines
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I suffer from migraines which usually last 48 to 72 hours. The first day is the worst, because the pain is debilitating! I usually take an OTC pain reliever but it doesn't give me the relief I need to get out of bed. I decided to try Tylenol Ultra and I was shocked that there's a product on the market that starts giving me relief within the first hour I take it! Why was I suffering all this time? I really recommend this if you suffer from migraines!

Best headache relief!

I've had migraines since I was a teenager and most of the prescription meds make me sick so I usually just suffer through it. Not anymore! Be gone you nasty headache!

A few days later, out of the blue, a crippling headache hit thanks to the southern Alberta winds and I was down for the count. Then I remembered.... Ultra relief. So why not?
I took 1 and without a word of a lie, within 20 minutes the crippling pain was gone!!!!!! Paint me SHOCKED!

Effective pain relief
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I get some pretty bad headaches and was excited to try this product. It did not disappoint. Within an hour of my headache, I took this Tylenol and felt the pain in my head easing after about a quarter of an hour - very fast considering other pain killers usually take at least 30 min to an hour to feel any relief. My head no longer hurt 30 minutes in. I am impressed and would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for relief some migraines.

Perfect for tough headaches!

I was happy to try this specific product because we use Tylenol brand products regularly and keep it in stock in our home. What I really like about the ultra relief in particular is that you only need to take one, while most standard doses start at 2. This means a small bottle will last longer and is easy to take on the go if necessary. The coating avoids any issues with bad taste, even if youre someone who cant get a pill down quickly. Also the more concentrated dose in a small size helps that also! I found it very effective for headaches, it took effect quickly and lasted for hours. I prefer tablets to capsules so this is definitely something I will be buying in the future.

Lightning fast relief!

A week or so later I got an absolutely blinding headache that was threatening to disrupt my whole day. When I opened the cupboard to take my usual pain medicine, I saw the sample is Tylenol Ultra relief sitting there and I was feeling markedly better only 15 minutes later! It worked so quickly and allowed me to get on with the things I needed to do.

Works like a charm, 1 pill to rule them all
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My migraines last 2 days. With this, I take one pill and I'm good to go all day. Sometimes the next day it doesn't even come back. Compared to ibuprofen, I usually need to take 1-3 every couple hours. It takes less than 30 minutes for the pill to activate. Thats fast. Tylenol ultra relief does the job on its own more effectively because I hate taking pills! I'm so happy with this product, it helped twice this week with bad headaches. Buying again!

Migraine release!

Kills a headache within minutes
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I get migraines a lot and if I don't catch a headache early on then it will almost always progress to a migraine. I need something that is fast acting and Tylenol ultra relief worked within 10 mins for me. I was really impressed and they were also really easy to take. The coating helps it go down easier and I'm not left with a powdery aftertaste. I would recommend anyone that needs to stop a headache to try these pills, you will not regret it

Fast Relief

Has proved itself over and over!
Christmas day a few years back my daughter became very ill. She went from not moving off the couch to feeling up to going for a walk. This medicine helped her so much and now I keep it in the house at all times!

Not Quick Relief but Super Quick Relief

I received my sample of Tylenol Ultra Relief as I suffer from major migraines and lots of tension headaches. Normally a normal Tylenol takes up to 30 min to somewhat relieve the headache but when I tried this sample it took 10 min for the pain of my migraine to subside. No more headaches

Long Lasting Relief

Works fast!

It was no more than 15 minutes and my horrendous headache was completely gone! I was surprised it worked so quickly and I was able to get up and continue with my day.

Seriously Fast Relief!

I was greatful after first try

I only needed to take one pill and my migraine pain was gone. I had the beginning of a migraine and took this right away, 20 minutes later I looked at my boyfriend and told him the pain was gone. Headache Be Gone
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I went to bed with a terrible headache and woke up twice in the night with it pounding away. I was foolish and didn't take anything!
The next morning I woke up and since I was still experiencing a headache, I grabbed my bottle of Tylenol Ultra Relief. Within a short time my headache was gone and I was ready for the day.
The pain relief lasted all day and the pill didn't upset my stomach. Thank you for saving my day Tylenol!!!

Definitely tough on pain

I took them with me on my weekend getaway with the girls, and one of the girls got a headache and took one, she said that they are easy to take and worked pretty fast, she felt better in about 20 mins and and bought some on the way home. I definitely will buy these and would recommend them to my friends.

Very Fast Relief
