Instructions for Use: Do not give your child more than directed (see liver warnings) Infants up to 23 months: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. For accurate dosing, follow instructions carefully. Use enclosed syringe and find the right dose on the chart. If possible, dose by weight, otherwise use age. Use only the syringe provided. Dispense liquid slowly into child’s mouth or mix with any liquid or soft food.
WARNING: Do not use if carton is open or if printed bottle neck band or inner foil seal is broken. Dropper assembly not child resistant. Store at room temperature,15 - 30°C (59 - 86°F).

Tylenol Infant Cherry Suspension Drops contains acetaminophen which provides pain relief from teething, immunization, colds, or flu.
Format: Drops
Single dose may be repeated every 4 to 6 hours, as needed. Do not give more than 5 doses in 24 hours.

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Do not give more than the maximum daily dose. Overdose may result in severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not give if your child is allergic to acetaminophen. Consult a doctor if symptoms last more than 5 days, fever lasts more than 3 days or your child develops allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash or itching. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if your child:
- has a serious kidney or liver disease; or
- Uses any other medications including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates or other pain and fever relief medications.

First Time Moms Successful First Cold Season!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As a first time mom, I was always worried about the first time my baby would get sick. Luckily, I had Infants Tylenol on hand!
I was excited to see that it came with a handy syringe to make measuring the dose simple and accurate as well as easy to administer to my baby. I was very pleased to see that it was paraben-free which is so important to my family.
Infants Tylenol worked fast at reducing my son's fever and was easy on his stomach. My son is picky about taste in general, but he absolutely loves the cherry flavor!
After this first cold season, thanks to Tylenol I'm feeling much more confident!

Brought down my daughter's fever
My daughter had a high fever that kept coming back. Used this while alternating with an ibuprofen, finally kept the fever down.

Good but gassy
Acetaminophen is great for pain relief but not a proprietary drug. I like the syringe and the ease of dispencing, the dye-free option and the clear instructions. I not like the corn syrup or sorbitol and it gives my baby horrible gas. Can't they make a completely unsweetened version?

My baby love it
I did give it to my baby after vaccination and she actually love it every time she gets the syringe she gets exited. It works fine it did the job I didn't have any problems

Did not like the appicator
This product is very good, and super-effective, but sometimes measuring out doses was a bit hard. The applicator/ measurement droplet was hard to use (in that it was a bit difficult to get the dosage right). I wished they had a droplet that accurate reflected the dosage (i.e. one droplet full would be 1 dose for the smallest baby).
Also, the Tylenol liquid itself was quick sticky, which is a bit problematic when you're administering this medicine for a sick baby/toddler (who may or may not throw up the Tylenol you just measured out).
Otherwise, we've been very happy with this product.
