Uncle Lee's Jasmine Green Tea

Uncle Lee's green tea (Camellia sinensis) begins as young tender leaf buds, plucked fresh at the height of potency and flavour. Each leaf is simply steamed, rolled and gently flash-dried to hold in the delicate flavour and aroma. Then adding the blossoms of Jasmine flowers in order to bring this tea to a new level of delicate flavour and soothing warmth.
