Uncle Lee's Premium Bulk Oolong Tea
Loose Leaf 150 g

Oolong tea (literally translated as "Black Dragon") is what is known as a partially oxidized green tea (camellia sinensis), and has some of the qualities of both green tea and black tea. Uncle Lee's Oolong Tea in Bulk consists of high quality oolong harvested from the Fujian Province in China. Because our Oolong is not baked as long as Dark Oolong, the steeped tea has a light golden hue, sweet flora aroma, fresh initial flavor, and a sweet floral aftertaste which lasts after the sip. The rich flavor and fragrant aroma of our oolong tea result from an oxidizing action called "ithering". This process is done by tumbling the tea, or otherwise bruising the surface of the leaves. This allows the tea to soften, releasing enzyme that darken the tea leaves when exposed to air. Oolong tea is a world famous natural health drink that is loaded with anti-oxidants and thus, many health benefits. It is a natural fat emulsifier and has approximately 15 to 55 mg caffeine per cup depending on the strength of the brew.

The tea is great & benefits of Oolong are numerous. Having 'practiced' with various brands, it was easy for me to seep the right quantity for the right time. One needs to acquire the taste for Oolong because it is somewhat bitter but the benefits outweigh the taste.
I find the price extremely reasonable in comparison to other brands I bought before. I will keep using it

Have been using Oolong tea for a couple of years now. I prefer Uncle Lee's blend for taste and quality, and the fact that I can buy it in bulk. Have developed an addiction to it. A positive addiction lol

I didn't enjoy the first cup, but when I tried it again, I used more and let it steep for several minutes. It was better then but I don't think I'll order it again, and, yes, it's pricey.

The tea is great, but the premium is the price
