Absolute garbage!
I assumed this would be loofah-like in some ways but it's essentially a soft towel sewed into a ball and it's far less effective than a washcloth and takes FOREVER to dry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all, I'm shocked this made it to market because its so bad. Urban Spa is usually awesome so I assume this is a blip.

This is basically just a balled up facecloth, it's rough and doesn't lather up well.
