I have to be honest, I've actually only used this product a handful of times (days I didn't wear makeup) because in the summer my skin tends to be on the oilier side. I was a little worried this might make my face an oil slick with makeup mixed in. I have a less hydrating formula I wear during the day to combat this. I did like how it felt when I used it the few times. I tend to get dry skin in the winter months, so I will be saving this and truly giving it a good test and update my review using it then!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Normally, I stay away from heavy cream moisturizers, as my combo skin gets too oily/greasy with the majority of them. This one, however, manages to thoroughly hydrate my skin without the greasiness! I can use this day and night, and my makeup looks fantastic! Usually it ends up looking like my face is melting halfway through the day, so this is a big improvement. This pot will last at least a month and a half - 2 months using it twice a day, which is more than I can say for some of the others I've used!! Great value for the quality of product.

It has a nice light scent and it spreads wonderfully and absorbed into my quickly and didn't leave a sticky feeling on my skin. My face from dryness is usually red and tight feeling but after about a week of using this cream my face felt like it had new skin! I loved using this cream so much that I have totally added it to my beauty regime. The only thing I didn't like about it was the container it is in, i personally prefer pumps to jars, I just hate getting cream under my finger nails :)

I took this stuff on vacation with me for a week, where I spent most of my time in the sun, and I found this really helped put moisture back into my skin. The scent was so nice and the cream itself felt luxurious going on my face. I used it both day and night, and I especially liked applying it before bed as it made me feel so refreshed. This is definitely a quality product and I will be purchasing again and recommending it to friends and family.

Now I've gone to see several dermatologist in the past as throughout my life I've experienced every type of skin tone from oily to dryer then the sahara dessert from crazy acne to major red patches. But where my skin is now is some red patches on the lower part of my cheeks, and huge pores on my nose and under eye area. This stuff mixed with the Aqualia Thermal Power Serum just reduced the pores and redness after a months use. For awhile I did as directed, morning and night, but with the heat we have been having it was too much so I just applied it in the evening. It just worked wonders, will use this product until my skin changes again. #gotitfree

This is my top pick of the Vichy Aqualia Thermal line - this cream was exactly as advertised. Light, quickly absorbed into the skin, and didn't feel my skin feeling greasy, all the while hydrating in overdrive! This cream is definitely lighter and its consistency a tad runnier than other moisturizers I've purchased, which I really enjoy as it doesn't make my skin look oily or enlarge my pores. This is definitely a product I can see myself repurchasing, particularly as the price point is not that far off from other, comparable high-quality face cream brands. Very impressed with Vichy!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) And another winner, with Vichy! Again, beautiful packaging - beautiful blue glass tub. Light scent, which I appreciate. I do not like heavily-scented products, which can trigger my migraines. Like the serum I reviewed, a little bit of this product goes a long, long way! I am used to cheaper creams, where you have to use a bunch of them. Just a dab of this, and it covers my whole face. I love that. Quality product. I like that it sinks into my skin, and doesn't leave any greasy-feeling behind. Much easier to put makeup on, when your facecream doesn't leave a greasy feeling behind which makes makeup feel like it'll slide off. Softens my skin, and makes it feel glowing!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) There was absolutely nothing lightweight about this cream. Vichy Aqualia Thermal Light Cream just sat on my skin and was heavy and oily. I used this before bed but felt like the product was coming off on my pillows. I found this to be too oily for my skin and it took quite a while for it to absorb. I do understand that the intended use is for the product to hydrate dyhydrated skin but it just left me feeling greasy. This would be an ideal product for you if you have extremely, and I mean EXTREMELY dry skin.

It hydrates my dry spots without making my oily spots shiny. My makeup goes on over top of it easily and lasts all day – no creasing, caking, or flaking. I love everything about it and it would be the absolute perfect moisturizer for me if it was unscented. The scent isn’t unpleasant, and it fades quickly after application, I just prefer not to put scents on my face.

I felt like it was thick and what not but it did not feel heavy on the skin when rubbed in. It also did not clog my pores like I thought it might. It kept my skin feeling moisturized all day long, but without feel sticky, heavy, or uncomfortable. I did break out slightly initially but it cleared up fast once my skin got used to the product. I liked that the scent was very minimal.

I received a full sized sample of the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Light Cream to try out for 4 weeks and used this daily, before bed and in the morning for the whole day. I used this after I applied the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Power Serum & Aqualia Awakening Eye Balm. The cream was light and spread easily and smoothly onto my skin. To be honest, I wasn't a fan of the scent and would have preferred if it was unscented. However, I can tell that it's really made my skin smooth, supple and hydrated.

Moisturizer - comes in a small glass jar - no pump; the consistency is that of a cream and a gel combined - it's lighter than a cream but slightly heavier than a gel; it's pretty lightweight when on the skin; the scent is very masculine - like men's cologne; it adds a slight coolness to the skin and a bit of a glow - not so much that you look oily - just glowy

I got to try the aqualia thermal light cream from the product review club. when I used this cream and the others that i was sent twice a day my skin was too greasy so I used it once daily and the hydration lasted all day and night. I applied this after the serum so I use less of the cream as my face has the serum on it already so it does not need too much cream. the cream is a good consistency not too thick and not too runny it does not feel heavy on my face at all, it does take 5 mins or so for it to absorb fully into my skin but coupled with the other products it leaves my skin fully hydrated and soft and silky smooth. the price is high but it is worth it your skin will definately thank you for it.

Think of it as a dessert next to a pool of olive oil...I know gross but just wanted to be honest. I never really found a product that worked for both areas of my face, it would moisturize the dry area but the oily area would be oily. I ended up using my old moisturizer just in the dry parts and go without anything on the oily parts. This product is such a great invention to me, because I can use it over my whole face and feel comfortable and confident. It is light weight and doesn't have a strong smell. I'm very satisfied and will definitely buy after u finish this free sample!

You get a good value in the bottle and it has so far lasted a month and still has plenty left. The cream itself is light and airy. It smells nice and goes on very easily. I find that it makes my skin feel like it is moist and takes away a lot of the dryness. I also liked putting the cream on twice a day to get its full effectiveness. Many of my colleagues commented on how my face looks brighter. Will be purchasing this again.

Pores are smaller, the uneven/rough patches have almost disappeared. It's really helping with the fine lines: my skin looks bright and rejuvenated. I got it free to try but the cost of these products is very reasonable, as they give excellent results comparable to the expensive name brands. Soft skin, diminishing pores, more even looking skin, all great results from these Vichy products!

I have tight, dry skin with very dry patches on my forehead, nose and chin. I have tried lots of different moisturizers, exfoliaters, masks etc. but nothing worked. I used this twice a day for a month along with the eye balm and serum, and now my dry skin is completely hydrated. This cream didn't leave my skin feeling overly sticky and I did not have any breakouts either. The price is very reasonable if you take into account that you only need a very small amount. I will buy this again and I highly recommend it. I received this product for free from Chick Advisor and Vichy in return for an honest review

I'm usually not a fan of creams like this because they're usually heavy and greasy but it was very light and worked well into my skin without leaving any residue. I have definitely noticed an increase in the quality of my skin. I have psoriasis and sometimes will get extra dry patches on my face and this was no problem for the Light Cream, it cleared it up in no time. I have already repurchased the whole line and I don't see myself using anything else for a very long time.

I think the intense moisture also helped with the appearance of fine lines. It did not leave me looking shiny or greasy. My only complaint is that it's marketed as a "day cream" and it doesn't have SPF. If it had SPF, it would be my go to cream from now on and I would continue to use it in the future. That being said, it would make a great night cream as it's light and moisturizing.

The scent was nice, not too overpowering. The texture was awesome, it was light, creamy and made my skin instantly soft to the touch. It provided long lasting hydration and spread easily upon application. It wasn't sticky and didn't leave a film on my skin. I would buy this face cream in the future among other Aqualia products.

This cream works well. Maybe a little too well! I have combo skin which tends to be a bit oilier in the summer (now) and dryer in the winter. This cream definitely moisturizes the drier parts of my skin very well, but it's a little heavy for the oilier parts of my face (i.e. T-Zone). I would recommend this product for those with drier skin, or to use this product only on the dry parts of your skin.

However, I wish it has some spf for use during the day. I found this product worked amazing, but it didn't seem very convenient for the day b/c it is used after the Vichy serum. It also made my skin feel very oily but the results were still very good. I think this will be better for a night time skin routine for my skin type.

After having used it for 3.5 weeks, I feel like my face has turned a 180 for the better. The formulation is thick without feeling heavy. My skin feels hydrated, soft, and plump but not greasy. It's made makeup application a bit of a breeze as my foundation just glides on smoothly. I'd 100% recommend this to my friends and family. Great product!

What I mean by that is, it has been very hot where I live and I have sweat this cream off lol. However it is moisturizing and reduces shine and doesn't leave my skin shiny. I am thinking I will like this cream better in winter when I am less sweating. I am not likely to buy this because of the price and I have a lot of creams. It is worth a try, so I recommend it.

I think this is so important to mention and as a woman over 30, I am already starting to notice the difference between my neck/chest and my face because I spent my twenties focused only on taking care of the latter. After I use this cream, I feel hydrated and I believe my skin looks lifted and refreshed. I went completely make-up free for a few days to see how my skin felt with just these products. By the time I was ready to shower in the evening, I could still feel that my skin was hydrated but not greasy, sticky, or oily. I love the light scent and the texture that is neither too light nor too heavy.
