Webber Naturals High Potency Omega 3-6-9 is a balanced essential fatty acid (EFA) complex that supports healthy cardiovascular and cognitive function. EFAs also address concerns such as dry skin and dull hair and improve PMS symptoms. Each dose provides 400 mg fish oil (including EPA/DHA), flaxseed oil and borage oil in a clear enteric softgel.
Recommended dosage: (Adults) 2 clear enteric softgels 3 times daily or as directed by a physician.

This product is great!
I purchased these a couple of weeks ago because since the human body can't produce omega-3s, these fats are referred to as "essential fats," meaning that you have to get them from your diet. I honestly don't get enough fish in my diet & this is a great way to get those essential fats.
