Maximum Strength Melatonin from webber naturals helps restore the natural sleep-wake cycle for better, more restorative sleep. The advanced bi-layer technology offers an immediate release of 5 mg melatonin to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, followed by a gradual release of 5 mg melatonin to increase sleep quality and duration, and help relieve daytime fatigue.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Before bedtime only, 1 tablet daily or as directed by a physician. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.
Caution: Consult a physician prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult a physician. Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs and/or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
