Maximum Strength Melatonin from webber naturals helps restore the natural sleep-wake cycle for better, more restorative sleep. The advanced bi-layer technology offers an immediate release of 5 mg melatonin to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, followed by a gradual release of 5 mg melatonin to increase sleep quality and duration, and help relieve daytime fatigue.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Before bedtime only, 1 tablet daily or as directed by a physician. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

Bi-Layer Tablets? Layers are separated
The "dual action release" was a new idea so I wanted to try. When I opened the bottle, the first few tablets that came out were small tablets and some of them were very thin pieces like shells of something. Then I poured out more tablets and noticed that some tablets were thicker than others. I looked closely and realised that the shell-like pieces were supposed to be paired up with the smaller pieces to make up one complete tablet. Some days I'm lucky that the tablet came out in one piece. Other days, I have to dig in to find the matching piece. I think Webber needs to look at this issue. As for the effect, I did not find it helping me fall asleep faster, but did stay asleep. Next time, I will try taking it earlier rather than taking it right before bed.

I have a hard time both falling asleep and staying asleep. I've been taking this for a couple months and am having the best sleep ever.
