Turmeric Curcumin by Webber Naturals contains 50 mg of turmeric extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids plus 550 mg of turmeric powder. Amazing!
In just 5 days I have noticed a difference in my body pain. Another wonderful benefit is a better mood and sleep. Still to early to see skin benefits, but I it says to give it a month.

It helps
I was recommended Collagen 30 from friend of mine. After taking it couple of weeks, I haven't notice much about my skin has any changes yet. But I noticed that my knee pain was disappeared . I will keep taking it.

New routine
After using for 3 weeks, I no longer need to use my heating pad in the evenings to ease the chronic joint paint in my shoulder. I've done stretches, yoga, and even fitted an ergonomic office space at home, but this helped with both the inflammation and tenderness that I've felt for years. Will continue to use!
