Coenzyme Q10, Ultra Strength, 400 mg is uniquely formulated to provide optimal amount of CoQ10 to support healthy nerves, muscles, and cells. Easy to swallow
I take 1 softgel along with another soft gel of natural Factors' PQQ-10 (PQQ 20mg with CoQ10 200mg) since my fertility doctor prescribed me 600mg of CoQ-10 per day. I used to take 2 of Swiss Naturals' 300mg caps but their capsules often had hurt my throat as I swallowed them down. So I was looking for some alternatives and I'm glad I found this product. These softgels are really easy to swallow along even with other big softgels. I will definitely buy this again.
