Description
Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule 3 times daily preferably with meals or as directed by a physician. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Caution: Consult a physician prior to use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain or a history of kidney stones, or if you are taking blood thinners. Consult a physician if symptoms persist. Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immunecompromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Keep out of reach of children.

Disappointed
I bought these in particular because there was the no dairy symbol on Well website (cow with cross through it) however these definitely have dairy in them. Waste of money since I have a dairy intolerance.
