They do take a bit extra for prep, but definitely worth it!
Rinse well with cold water in a collander, around 30-40 seconds per package.
Add to boiling water, stirring frequently for 4 - 6 minutes.
Strain and rinse again, then pan fry on medium heat until desired dryness level is reached.
This removes -some- of the crunchy texture, and completely removes the fishy preservative aroma. I love using these noodles for mushroom pasta! Also delicious lightly seasoned and served as a side.
