they work
Not much to say, they work well. I do not use the recommended two capsules very often. Usually because its fairly late before I realize that I will have issues sleeping that night. On that note I take one and it helps drift me off to sleep. I do find that if I take them too late in the night then I have a terrible time getting up in the morning. They have a tendency to make you a bit sluggish and groggy but once you eventually get yourself up and going the effects are gone.

I wasn't sure if these would work
But they have. I have a lot of trouble staying asleep at night and lately it had been getting even worse than usual. These have helped me get back on track so that I can actually function during the day. I haven't tried taking just the one pill as some have because I'm a decent sized man, but the 2 work fairly quickly and fairly well on me when I need them. Will definitely buy again.

I have trouble staying asleep so 2 of these little pills help with that.
