From the beginning Meridian Smokehouse's goal was to craft an old-fashioned beef jerky made with 100% grass fed and finished beef. That's just what they've done. Their traditional wood smoked jerky is hand-crafted in small batches from pasture-raised beef, without the use of growth hormones or steroids - the way nature intended.
