Not my fave
I've taken magnesium by pill and by powder in drink for years now, so thought a gummy would be even better but I don't enjoy the flavor of these ones. Will go back to powder.

The taste and texture are just okay, but maybe that's a good thing so I don't overdose or bankrupt myself eating these? They have one of the most bioavailable types of magnesium that your body absorbs more easily.

I got these when they were the Crème brûlée flavour, I guess they have changed to berry so I can't comment on that. But the Crème brûlée vitamins were nice. Not sure I noticed a difference taking them.

Gummies me take my vitamins on a daily basis
I was always forgetting to take my horse pill vitamins previously but these tummies are super easy to take. I am now taking my magnesium daily and converted to gummies for most of my vitamins

Have been using these for while now, I take about hour before bed and seem to help sleep calmer. Also seems to help relax legs. Will keep ordering as no sugar too! I'm diabetic

For some reason when I take this in hard or soft shell capsule it makes me nauseous. When I take in gummy form it doesn't bother me so I'm grateful for this product

These gummies are pretty good tasting and no sugar added which I like and seem to help with leg support at night. I take 1 an hour before bed.
