Perfect silken tofu
I love that I can store this tofu at RT. It’s use it in miso soup and it can be fried too. A perfect item to bring along when camping!

Very nice firm silken tofu and shelf-stable too
Perfect for travel or the cottage. I like it in soup and in casseroles. I also use it to add protein to vegetable patties.
