This is the only brand I use in tofu scramble. I freeze it first and it works really well. Really appreciate that it's shelf-stable.

This tofu is really delicious, and it's great to know that it's non-GMO too. The texture is totally smooth, though a little less firm than other brands I have had before - you just have to be a little gentle when easing it out of the carton to make sure it doesn't break at the edges. But I still feel it deserves 5 stars; it is a fantastic product at a great price.

This tofu is delicious! So versatile, low calories, filling, the texture is appealing. You can use it raw, or saute it and it gets crispy. I love to saute it with sesame oil and sesame seeds and use it as an addition to maybe asian dishes, such as ramen noodles :) So good. The best tofu i've ever used.

To clarify: this is SILKEN tofu. Silken tofu is soft tofu. The "extra-firm" on the label means it's a firmer soft, but still soft. That said, this tofu is good. I put it in miso soup and made vegan ranch dressing with it.

This "extra-firm" product is in fact very soft and breaks very easily. It also has funny smell and taste, like rose water or something like that. I will not buy again. I used mine "melted" in a cheese sauce and it was good.
