Pain 45+ (60 vegetable capsules) is a combination of potent herbal extracts that help combat acute and chronic pain and inflammation through inhibiting inflammatory enzymes.
This product is a safe, effective alternative to NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) with onset of effects in within a couple days.
Recommended Dosage: Adults take 2 capsules one time daily and continue for best results. After a period of time when satisfied with results, the dosage can be decreased to one capsule for maintenance.

- Lastly, Gingerol is the active compound in ginger, related to Capsaicin and Piperine (black pepper alkaloid that is beneficial for increased bioavailability). Gingerol is used for its anti-inflammatory effect as it affects inflammatory messenger proteins (eg. cytokines) and inflammatory enzymes such as COX. It is also a powerful antioxidant.
