An extra-strength dual bi-layered tablet that provides 5mg of melatonin
that immediately dissolves to fall asleep faster, and another 5 mg for a
prolonged effect to remain asleep all night.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day, at or before bedtime. For jet lag, take at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Precautions & Adverse Effects: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
